Foundations Of Ayurveda
Foundations of Ayurveda is a free, online short course ideal for those interested in exploring key principles of Ayurveda and developing gentle diet and lifestyle strategies to nurture your wellbeing. Foundations of Ayurveda has been developed in consultation with Vaidya Shweta Rao and practising Ayurvedic professionals and introduces you to some of the key tenets and wisdom of Ayurveda, showing you how to understand your unique constitution and identify current imbalances. You’ll learn ways of pacifying and supporting your constitution through diet, daily routines, and lifestyle strategies.
By the end of this course you will know yourself better and have the skills and knowledge to give yourself the compassionate care you need to move towards emotional, physical, and spiritual balance and good health. This course is also suited to practitioners of complementary health and wellbeing modalities who might like to learn more about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic therapies. Ayurveda Training

Remedial Massage

Diploma of remedial massage HLT52015:
The Diploma covers the provision of remedial massage treatment to clients with specific needs such as injury management, rehabilitation, palliative care, aged care, women and children. Practitioners at this level may supervise other massage therapists.
